Sidra is the name of a coffee bean variety.
It is a hybrid variety, known as the second Geisha variety, which attracted worldwide attention when it was used by Jung Joo-young, the South Korean representative who won the World Barista Championship held in Boston in 2019.
It is mainly grown in Colombia and Ecuador. Its unique sweetness and velvety smooth texture make it a superb cup of coffee like no other.
This is a very special bean that won BREATHER fifth place in the Washed category of this year's Coffee collection 2024 (roasting competition).
