"Cascara" is made by drying the skin and pulp of coffee cherries to create a tea. It contains no caffeine and is rich in polyphenols and chlorogenic acid, which has drawn attention as a superfood.
While coffee is a luxury item, the lives of farmers are still not that prosperous. If the income from a single coffee fruit could double, it would lead to an improvement in their living conditions.
Conveying the story behind coffee is also our mission as a coffee shop. With that thought in mind, we started selling this Cascara.
