This lot is produced by Mr. Nigusse Gemeda Muge, who won the 2020 Cup of Excellence.

The Chire Washing Station is the largest facility owned by Mr. Nigusse, equipped with processing facilities capable of producing washed coffee, which is a minority in Ethiopia.

It features a juicy fruitiness of thick orange with a sweetness reminiscent of peach and apricot. It is a cup that offers richness and smoothness, standing out among the typically lighter Ethiopian coffees.
