Chelbesa is the largest coffee-producing area in Gedeb, with coffee farms spanning a total area of 1,240 hectares at an altitude of 1,925m to 2,110m.

Ripe red cherries are harvested, and their sugar content is measured using a digital refractometer (Brix scale). After removing impurities, anaerobic fermentation is carried out in a tank for 168 hours.

The sweet berry flavor of Ethiopian Natural is followed by a white wine-like aftertaste that lingers in the nose. Please enjoy this cup with its elegant taste.
