The estate is located in the village of Piace, Malacatancito district, about 45 minutes' drive from the city of Uwe Tenango, where only ripe cherries are carefully hand-picked during the harvest period from January to April and fermented in oxygen-free conditions for about 48 hours.

The cherries are then washed through water channels and sun-dried on African beds for 10 days. Finally, the coffee is further slowly dried in a plastic greenhouse. A particularly striking feature of this coffee is its rum-raisin flavour.

The thick sweetness fills the mouth.
